For warming mugs of hot chocolate in winter, these beautifully presented blocks of chocolate from Simón Coll in Barcelona come in two flavours. Choose from drinking chocolate bars containing 45% cocoa and cinnamon or 60% cocoa with Bourbon vanilla and use in drinks, desserts or savoury dishes. The tablets are divided into eight servings of 25g, making it simple to measure out the perfect amount for your needs.

Ingredients cinnamon bar
Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa butter, Maize Starch, Emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), Cinnamon, Flavouring
(Cinnamon). Cocoa Solids- 45% minimum.

Ingredients vanilla bar
Cocoa mass, sugar, corn starch, cocoa butter, acidity regulator- sodium bicarbonate, emulsifier- soy lecithin , natural vanilla and bourbon vanilla flavour, cocoa- 60% at least, may contain traces of milk, peanuts and nuts fat- potentially allergenic substance.
